The RB-DD-700-4 is a 4-pocket hydraulic dough divider built by RotoBake in New Delhi for bread, bun, and pizza dough production at higher volumes. It divides dough pieces weighing 200 to 1,000 grams with accurate weight control across an output range of 2,000 to 6,000 pieces per hour, running fully automatically with optional conveyor integration for line setups. Construction uses a heavy MS frame with food-grade contact parts, powered by a 4.5 to 5.5 kW motor on a 400V three-phase supply. The machine weighs approximately 1,500 to 1,700 kg.
