RBO-88 Rotary Rack Oven

The RBO-88 is a high-output industrial rotary rack oven built by RotoBake in New Delhi for large-scale, continuous production bakeries. It holds 88 trays (13" × 18" each) across a 25,024 sq. in. baking area, baking approximately 220 loaves per 25-minute cycle, or up to 80 kg/hr of cookies. The oven operates across a ambient to 350°C temperature range and runs on diesel or gas — diesel consumption is roughly 4.5 L/hr, gas roughly 4 kg/hr. Built in food-grade steel, the RBO-88 weighs approximately 2,190 kg with overall dimensions of 97" × 66" × 98". Every RBO-88 ships with on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training included, backed by RotoBake's 10-year spare-parts guarantee.
